This is to announce that the next trustee election will be taking place in the coming months.
The NJTTC, Inc. Board of Directors (“Trustees”) consists of five members, serving staggered terms of five years each. The current Board consists of Alan Zeigler, Simon Shtofmakher, Christopher Lehman, David Rosenzweig and Wayne Chin. In accordance with club rules, the trustee seat currently occupied by Christopher Lehman is expiring on August 31, 2008 and up for re-election. The club will have an election for this Trustee position.
Election Committee
The election committee will consist of Jack Lam and Patrick O’Sullivan.

Nominations
• Candidates wishing to be placed on the ballot for election to Club Trustee must submit their nomination to a member of the election committee no later than 10pm on Friday, July 25th, 2008.
• In order to be considered, a candidate must be an adult (18+ as of August 1, 2008) club member in good standing with the club for the last three full membership years (since August 1, 2005).
• In order to be considered, a candidate must also provide endorsements from 7 adult club members in good standing.

Election
• All adult club members (reached their 18th birthday on August 1, 2008) in good standing are eligible to vote in the trustee election.
• Votes may be submitted in person, sent by mail (see below) or by e-mail.
• E-mail votes should be sent to: trustee2008@njttc.org
• Since e-mail addresses do not always indicate the sender’s name, any vote sent by e-mail must indicate in the body of the message the voter’s name. Any e-mail vote that does not include the sender’s name in the body of the message will be discounted.
• Votes will be accepted between 8:00am, Friday August 1st and 8:00pm Friday August 15th. For those wishing to drop off their votes at the club, a drop box will be set up.
